Ulli Vada

 Ingredients 

100 gm Onion 

1 no Green chilly

1 tsp ginger (chopped)

1/2 tsp Fennel 

100 gm Gram flour

50 gm Refined flour (Maida)

curry leaves 

1 tsp chilly powder

Oil - to fry 

Method 

1. Slice the onions, chop the greenchilly, chopped ginger and curry leaves 

2. Add the flours, chilly powder, fennel and salt then sprinkle the water, mix it well to make a thick dough   

3. Make a equal size balls then press it with palm 

4. Fry it in medium flame to make a crispy vada

5. Serve it with chutney
