Chicken Kheema Pav / Kheema pav



 Ingredients 

1/2 kg Minced chicken 

40 gm Butter 

For curry 

1 no cinnamon 

3 nos cloves 

2 nos cardamom 

2 nos bay leaf

30 ml mustard oil 

1 tsp Peppercorns 

1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 

1 tsp fennel 

1 tsp garam masala powder 

1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

1 tbsp cumin powder 

1 tbsp Coriander powder 

a pinch - mace powder 

3 nos onion ( chopped) 

2 tbsp GInger garlic paste 

50 ml curd 

150 ml Tomato puree 

4 nos greenchillies 

Method 

1. Heat the oil in pan, then add the whole cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, peppercorns, fennel and cardamom stir it till get aroma 

2. Add the chopped onion then saute it well 

3. Add the ginger garlic paste, stir it well for 1 min 

4. Mix chilli powder, garam masala, mace powder, cumin powder, coriander powder then add into the onion mixture saute it till 30 seconds 

5. Pour the tomato puree and water then stir it till simmer for 5 mins 

6. Add the minced chicken then leave it to cook till 15 mins 

7. Pour the beaten curd into chicken then stir it till 3 mins 

8. Add chopped greenchillies, butter then Close it and cook till oil come out stage 

9. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves 

10. Cut the center of bun then toast it in pan with melted butter 

11. Serve the bun with kheema curry
