Ingredients
1/4 kg Potatoes ( boiled)
2 nos onion (chopped)
50 gm carrot (chopped)
50 gm beans (chopped)
2 nos green chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp Gram flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chilly powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mango powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp mint leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp cashew nuts (chopped)
2 tbsp butter (for basting)
Method
1. Boil the potatoes then mash it and keep it aside
2. Heat oil, add chopped onion then stir it well till light brown colour
3. Add ginger garlic paste and salt stir it without burn to make a without raw smell
4. Add all above vegetable for 5 mins
5. After vegetables cook well then add gram flour then stir it well
6. Add all powdered masala then saute it few mins
7. Take out from fire add mashed potatoes then mix it like dough
8. Take a skewer, use your hand to press the dough to make it like stick
9. Cook it over open charcoal fire
10. Apply a butter over the sheek kabab
11. Serve it with mint chutney
