Pal Ada pradhaman/ pal ada pradhamam/

 Ingredients 

50 gm Ada ( Ready-made)

1/2 lit milk 

100 gm sugar

5 nos Cardamom  

2 tbsp Ghee 

1 tbsp Cashew nuts 

Method 

1. In hot water soak the ada for 15 mins 

2. Boil the milk till it reach 50% thick 

3. Add the soaked ada and leave it to boil in milk

4. Add crushed cardamom and sugar then stir it continuously 

5. Make a caramel and mix it for colour

6. Heat the ghee then add cashew nuts,roast it and pour it over ada pradamam

7. Serve it as your desire hot or chill
