Chicken curry

 Ingredients

200 gm chicken 

For paste 

20 gm ginger

20 gm garlic 

50 gm onion 

For gravy 

30 ml oil

1 no greenchilly

1 no onion (sliced)

1 no tomato

1/2 tsp chilly powder

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp coriander powder

50 gm coconut paste 

5 gm salt


Method 

1. Wash the chicken and keep it aside

2. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and onion 

3. Heat the oil, add the green chilly and sliced onion then saute it well 

4. Add the paste, saute it for 5 mins 

5. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt 

6. Add the chilly powder, coriander powder and curry powder

7. Pour the water leave it to boil, add the washed chicken then leave it to cook till tender

8. Pour the ground paste of coconut then boil it for 10 mins 

9. Serve it with chapati
