Corn cutlet

 Ingredients 

100 gm sweet corn 

100 gm Potatoes 

2 nos Greenchillies chopped 

1/4 tsp ginger paste 

1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves 

1 tsp Chilly powder 

1 tsp garam masala 

1/2 tsp cumin powder 

1 tsp chaat masala 

1 tsp Salt

20 ml Oil 

30 gm Breadcrumbs 

3 tbsp refined flour 

Method 

1. Boil the whole potatoes then remove the skin and mash it 

2. Boil the corn and mash it 

3. In vessel add ginger paste, Chopped coriander leaves  

4. Add the masalas, salt in mashed potatoes  

5. Make the corn stuffing into desired shapes 

6. Make the batter with flour, salt and water 

7. Dip the cutlet into batter then roll out into breadcrumbs.

8. Shallow fry it in griddle

9. Serve it with green chutney
