Parota / Paratha

Ingredients

300 gm Refined flour (maida)

1/2 tsp salt 

1 tbsp sugar 

50 ml milk 

120 ml water

For rolling & roasting 

50 ml sunflower oil 

Method 

1. Take the refined flour in vessel

2. Mix the salt and sugar with milk 

3. Pour it over the refined flour then mix it, gradually pour the water to make a soft dough 

4. Rest the dough for 1 hour 

5. Divide the dough into even sized balls 

6. Flat the balls with oil and keep it aside for 5 mins 

7. Roll the flattened balls, then use the hands to spread it and move the hands in circular motion 

8. Again roll the spread dough's like wheel

9. Flat the wheel with hand and cook it in griddle, sprinkle the oil over the paratha then cook it well till crispy and brown colour

10. Serve it with salna
